Wednesdays:
9:00-10:00 AM
Fridays:
7:00-8:00 PM
Tai Chi runs all year round!
****There will be NO Tai Chi the week of September 9th-13th
If you have aches and pains and don't want to mix in with gym people, Tai chi is the perfect class.
Pat Acorn will instruct stretching and forms of Tai Chi.
This will help with your flexibility and health. I love Pat's stretching, She came this summer and taught our camp friends. She was excellent!
